An AI Sales Agent for Real Estate: How It Answers Leads on WhatsApp
October 30, 2026
An AI sales agent for real estate answers buyers and tenants on your agency's WhatsApp, using only your own listing data, and passes every lead to your team with the details already collected. Here's how Estatemar's works, step by step.
1. A lead writes to your WhatsApp
From a portal ad, a Facebook post or a link you shared: "Hi, is the 3-room on Herzl 12 still available? What's the rent?"
2. The agent answers from your listing
It replies in seconds, in the lead's language (Hebrew, Arabic or English), with what's in your listing: price, sale or rent, size, rooms, floor, area and availability. It starts by saying it's an AI assistant for your agency.
3. It asks what your agents would ask
Who is it for? Buying or renting? Budget? When would they move in? When can they view? It asks naturally, one question at a time.
4. The lead lands on your board
A new lead appears on your Estatemar leads board: name, phone, the property, buy or rent, budget, move-in date and viewing times, assigned to that listing's agent, with a short summary of the chat. Your agent picks it up from there.
What it never does
- It doesn't invent. If the answer isn't in your listing, it says an agent will reply.
- It doesn't negotiate price or make promises.
- It doesn't take over. When the lead asks for a person, or your agent replies, it stops in that conversation. You can pause it in any chat.
Why this matters
The first minutes after an inquiry are when interest is highest. An agent that answers immediately keeps the lead warm until a person can call, and makes sure no inquiry stays only in someone's phone.
