One Office, Three Languages: Running an Agency in Hebrew, Arabic and English
November 5, 2026
Many real estate offices work in more than one language every day. An agent speaks Arabic with a buyer, writes to the owner in Hebrew and answers a foreign investor in English. That's a strength, as long as your information doesn't get lost between languages.
Where things go wrong
- Names spelled three ways. The same client appears as three people, in three scripts, and nobody finds the earlier conversation.
- Notes only one colleague can read. The agent who wrote them is away, and the next person can't follow.
- Listings that don't match. The price is updated in the Hebrew version but not in the English one.
- Software that wasn't built for it. Right-to-left text breaks, columns run backwards and agents go back to Excel.
Five habits that help
- Search by phone number. Names change between scripts; phone numbers don't. Make the phone number the first thing agents enter and search for.
- Agree on a language for internal notes, or at least make sure each note is clear to whoever may pick up the lead.
- Save the client's preferred language. A short line in the notes tells the next agent how to start the conversation.
- Keep one source for each property. Price and details live in one place, and every language version comes from it.
- Check updates in every language. When a price changes, check every version of the listing that day.
What to look for in software
- Each person works in their own language. The whole interface, not only a few translated buttons.
- Real right-to-left. Menus, tables and boards that flow the right way in Hebrew and Arabic, not a mirrored afterthought.
- Text in any language anywhere. A Hebrew note on a lead with an Arabic name, without broken lines.
- AI that understands your team. Ask in the language you think in.
How it works in Estatemar
Estatemar's AI Real Estate CRM works fully in Hebrew, Arabic and English, right to left where it should be. Each person can work in their own language, on the same leads, properties and rentals. Estatemar AI answers in whichever language you write in, so one agent can ask in Arabic and another in Hebrew, about the same board.
