Landlords who rent out one or more properties. The app keeps track of rent, tenants, lease contracts, repairs and expenses, and reminds you before rent is due or a lease ends.
No. Tenants never need the app. You reach them by WhatsApp, phone or email straight from their profile in the app.
No. Rent is paid directly between you and your tenant. You record in the app what you received, and Estatemar keeps the history and reminders up to date.
The core features of Estatemar are free to use. Some advanced features may require a premium subscription in the future.
They are private to your account. Other Estatemar users, including your tenants, cannot see your properties, tenants, rent records or contract files.
English, Hebrew and Arabic. The app follows your phone's language, with full right-to-left support for Hebrew and Arabic.
You can request to delete your account and all associated data by visiting our Delete Account page or from Settings in the mobile app.
