The new rent is the current rent multiplied by the latest index and divided by the base index (usually the index known when the lease was signed).
Many leases say the rent never goes below the base amount even if the index drops. Turn on "Rent doesn't go down" if yours does. You can find the published index values on the Central Bureau of Statistics website.
